How to Apply for PPEC in Florida

Fortunately, applying for PPEC services in Florida is a breeze with Children’s Rehab. To kickstart the process, you will need to drop by our PPEC center and meet our fantastic team. During this meeting, one of our staff will likely give you a grand tour of Children’s Rehab and explain how our PPEC medical daycare or special needs daycare center is the best place for children with complex medical needs. This discussion with our staff also allows you to explain your child’s needs and what level of progress you would like to see.

If we are able to convince you that Children’s Rehab is the perfect fit for your little one, we will hand over a simple questionnaire and consent form. However, there is no need to fret, as all you need to do is fill in basic information, such as your child’s birthday and primary care provider. Filling out this form is necessary as PPEC in Florida is Medicaid-funded, and we will need to confirm that your child is eligible for the service before carrying on.

After handing over your form, we will send it to the state for approval. While we understand that this may be a nail-biting experience, we promise to make it as stress-free as possible, and we will ensure that we keep you in the loop every step of the way. If the state clears your child for PPEC treatment, we will welcome them with open arms into our Children’s Rehab family, where they can start their journey toward unlocking their full potential.

So, are you ready to take the first step in giving your child the best care possible? If so, don’t wait for anything. Kickstart the application process today by leaving an inquiry. Our team will gladly answer any questions you have.
